MILAN FASHION WEEK SEP2020

Hello lovelies,

It’s been a busy week for me, but I’m so happy to have gotten through London Fashion Week.

With everything happening re this pandemic, the fashion industry is topsy turvy.

Previously, buyers and editors would collectively capital-hop, seeing new collections and spotting new trends. But now, due to lockdowns and lack of travel, designers are showing off-schedule and in fun and exciting formats – which makes sense all things considered!

As mentioned before, Europe – probably due to having been hit earlier and been relatively successful at flattening its curve – has been having fashion shows.

As a result, compared to New York and London, you’ll notice there are more in-person shows and fewer lookbooks.

Regardless, let’s enjoy the fashion as the recaps continue.
