Well…here it is.
Oh darlings, don’t act surprised. You knew this was coming!
So Tom Ford, the “King of Sex” and former creative director for Gucci and Yves Saint Laurent, has decided that instead of having a traditional runway show to feature his Spring-Summer collection…to have a freaking music video!
Is this genius or what?!
To me, it is the equivalent of Queen Bey dropping these surprise albums on us….
It does everything a presentation should do:
- garner attention
- show the clothing in movement.
…but why not have fun doing it?
Throw in one fashionable celeb -Gags in this case- and some dancing models – as awkward as that sounds- and you’ve got yourself a presentation!
Is this the way of the future?
It’s not for us to decide; Ford has already done that for us.
