Here we are recapping the gorgeous fashion that is.
On today’s agenda, we have Givenchy’s Spring-Summer16 collection.
And what a collection it is!
A celebration of Ricardo Tisci’s decade at the house, the creative director sent out a gorgeous display of darkly sensual, but luxe, clothing – very much akin to the director’s vision for the brand.
From delicate slip tops to lacy, draped dresses, the look was definitely right!
Elegant and moody, but none could deny that there was still a chic ease about the clothing. Maybe it had to do with the exceptional tailoring or the subtle evidence of a mastery of couture techniques.
And of course, the makeup – if it can be called that- spectacular!
Tisci has popularized this trend of ornately bejeweled faces, some of which you will see in the gallery below.
