I love smart clothes!
And Dion Lee serves just that!
Lee’s clothes are often a blend of hard, structural elements and softer, minimalist pieces.
This collection is no different.
Inspired by lingerie, and the way in which it reveals and conceals parts of the body, Lee’s presentation was wonderfully constructed and intellectual.
With functional bustier tops and harnesses atop flowy fabrics, Lee’s creativity wasn’t limited to womenswear.
He presented some male looks as well….with knit tank tops and slouchy, easy trousers.
Lee often does well with duality.
Here he is in his element, albeit a bit more relaxed, as he plays with unisex shapes and corsetry.
And done in sleek, muted colors.
Quite the contrast to the brighter, floral collections ey?
